All orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled, or modified due to the quick turn around time of order processing and shipment staging. Payments for orders are collected upon order submission.

Purchases made on Microplay.ca are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Product must be in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging to be eligible for return. Only products purchased through Microplay.ca are eligible, product purchased at a physical Microplay retail location are not eligible.

To request a return and refund, please email customercare@microplay.ca with your order number in the subject line and clearly state in the email that you would like to return the item/s and confirm that the items are in the original unopened condition. You will be advised of your return eligibility and/or any additional actions that may need to be taken. Eligible returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number along with instructions on how to proceed. Returns must be shipped at your expense .

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return shipping carton and product must be in its original packaging. Please also include any packing slips that may have accompanied your order and a printed copy of your order confirmation email. Packages received at our returns facility may be refused without a valid RMA number and refund will not be issued.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, refunds are only processed for the purchase price of the product. Microplay.ca is not responsible for any return shipments which are lost or damaged in transit.
